• Can not be connected to other brands of class-A chimney.
• 304 Stainless Steel construction provides superior corrosion resistance over our competitors galvanized steel or 430 stainless steel construction.
• The storm collar is installed above your flashing to seal the installation and keep water out.
• The storm collar should be sealed to the chimney pipe with non-hardening 500 degree F high-temp sealant (sold separately).

The storm collar works together with the Roof Flashing to provide a waterproof seal where the chimney passes through the roof. The storm collar is installed directly above the flashing and must be sealed to the chimney pipe using high-temperature silicone sealant (RTV 500F or better), sold separately. Age Group: adult.
